The neighborhood is up and coming. It has great character and a lot of mom-and-pop business parks and restaurants for families to enjoy.
What makes this property unique
The property has 3 levels and it is very spacious if has wood floors and new appliances. When you are on the 2 level you don't hear sound from outside. It has 2 balconies front and back.
