Located on the 12th hole of Peaks golf course. Short golf cart drive to the community pool, work out facility and restaurant. Have lunch at the Honey and Sol General store in Rio Verde. Great restaurants in Fountain Hills are just 8 miles away. Scottsdale offers many fun activities within a 30 min drive.
