Just five minutes from downtown CR, the lively New Bohemian District, and Czech Village, this wonderful, historic neighborhood provides a great location to gather with friends or hang out with family while in town. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch, take a short walk to Bever Park/Pool in the summer, or relax in the inviting space inside. Comfortable home with loads of amenities.
