THIS UNIT COMES WITH ONE SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS DURING SEASON(Mar 1-Oct31)!!!!!

This beautiful, non smoking condo is located on the 10th floor of tower 1, which offers sweeping views of the emerald green gulf. This condo has all tile and paint and is in great condition!! Plus, the kitchen has been totally renovated with granite countertops and beautiful cabinets. Enjoy the floor to ceiling, wall to wall ocean views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 ft balcony to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another stunning Florida sunset! This 750 sq ft condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, both rooms have large flat screen tvs. The dining table seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bathroom has an oversized marble garden tub and a separate dressing room area with a marble vanity featuring his/her sinks and wall mounted hair dryer. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 sq ft lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar & grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski/umbrella chair rentals on site, 24 hr security and gated access with plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do, such as golf, restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is right across the street!). If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation, honeymoon or anniversary getaway, this is the condo for you!!

Fair price for stay

Property needs updating. Needs soundproofing. Can hear noises from all around. Especially upstairs. Good stay had fun.

Can’t wait to stay again!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for a wknd getaway with our kids for Mother’s Day! Walking distance to Waffle House, pineapple Willy’s, and across street from Walmart, surf style and more! Condo was awesome, the floor was a little dirty (turned our feet black) but we seriously just rinsed them before crawling in beds. Both bed and pull out were comfortable. The included chairs we nice. They are only open from 9am- 445pm, but that a different company. Kim’s condos was awesome and we loved every second of our stay! We will definitely be booking with them again!

Booked this trip as a vacation to recharge and reset my mind after a hectic couple of years at work. Couldn’t have booked a better condo. Super clean., check in was a breeze, quiet, and easy to get to. Will definitely book with Kim’s Condos again.

Beautiful view!!

The condo is located close to everything! We were there during the 1st week of April. We didn’t realize spring break was still going on. The beach was closed at 10pm. We understood why, but that was the time we liked to walk the beach. The pools and hot tubs were very clean! The condo was nice and clean. The balcony was the best part! We spent most of our time out there. We even seen dolphins swimming by!!

Perfect for a get away with your spouse.

My husband & I traveled from Ky for a 4 night getaway to celebrate our 5 years of marriage. It was a great little condo for the just two of us. I have stayed at Long Beach Resort before in the past as it is my favorite place to stay while visiting PCB. Great location by our favorite restaurants & Walmart is right across the street. Kim’s Condos was a great host & was great at communicating all the details. When traveling the two things that I really want the most out of a condo is good water pressure in the shower and a comfy bed & this place had both! We would def stay here again!

Some things need attention

The unit was very nice and we liked the location (10 floor) however the bed linens had stains and towels were put away wet under the bathroom sink. I washed the bed linens because the spread and mattress pad smelled of body order. The air conditioning unit needs attention. We called maintenance and they did nothing because they said it was cool however it was cool but very humid. Our clothes in the closet stayed damp all the time. There was mold on the shower curtain..the unit is nice but needs some attention.. Thank you

Great View Very Outdated

The security of the complex is a nice asset. The view and large balcony were awesome. The condo itself was in need of a thorough cleaning and updating. We put a sheet over the extremely worn out and dirty sofa couch. I can’t imagine anyone trying to sleep in it. The elevator was the fastest I think I have ever seen. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for it. The AC kept the condo nice and cool even though it was extremely hot during our stay. The keypad entry is a challenge to use because all but a couple of numbers are completely worn off. The condo is in the first of four towers. Right next to it is a huge complex of nearly 800 units. A lot of the vacationers in that complex ended up on the beach in front of this tower. We will definitely come back to Long Beach Resort but we will look for an updated unit.

Great place!

The unit was just as listed online. It was very clean and the check in process was fantastic! The resort itself was amazing, it was very clean. The pools were just as they were displayed in the pictures. The only downside to my stay was the location of my unit. I was in tower 1 and the resort next store Shores of Panama was a very loud, the patrons of that resort bombarded our beach so we had to go down to tower 2 or 3 to enjoy any beach front. In the future I plan on returning to Long Beach Resort, but I will stay in tower 2 or 3 so that I am not around the crowd at Shores of Panama.

Property was great! From the condo itself to the location. Words can not describe the amazing balcony and the views. I could have sat out there all day. From condo door to the water in about 3 minutes. Would highly recommend the property.

Kim was easy to deal with, she was quick to get our two issues figured out! Bummer thing about our trip was not being able to get into ocean due to double red flags! The pool was very cold, so that wasn’t enjoyable!

Sunset breezes

The Resort and room was very clean, balcony has a beautiful view, pool was refreshing, the beach was clean with white sand and rolling waves, the sunsets were very colorful, the people very friendly. We will definitely go back.

Great little condo / Beautiful views.

Very nice smaller condo directly on the beach. Tenth floor is perfect for looking down at the gulf. We saw dolphins most days. The balcony stretches across the entire length of the condo. Very nice! The unit has little to no storage room for food. The small kitchen uses its available storage for pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Location is very central. Lots of outside parking. Having the Walmart Supercenter across the street was really nice. It sells beer and wine for those who are wondering. I recommend this condo very much. Beware the time of the year you rent. I rented the second week of February. The weather is still fickle that time of the year. Still, we had three days of very nice weather out of the seven. If you are coming from way up north, I doubt you will mind much though. The temps stayed in the 60s and low 70s.

Overall a good experience. If you don’t mind the crowds. Building 1 at this location is located next door to a very busy complex I love Long Beach but will probably never stay in building one again.

Birthday Getaway

Property was excellent, everything was just like the posted photos. I loved the views from the balcony. Didn’t know it as Bike Week, but it made my vacation even more memorable. Cant wait to return.
