Built on the lush grounds of a former golf course, this quiet resort community is surrounded by the stunning landscape and historic spirit of Williamsburg. A great retreat any time of year, its central location also provides convenient access to explore all the area has to offer.

The Space:
Colonial style private entry (lockbox) two bedroom and two bath condo is 1381sq ft! The master suite has a king bed and en suite. The second bedroom has two queen/double beds (varies). In the living room guests will enjoy an inviting fireplace, queen sofa bed and access to the balcony and beautiful landscaped views. The condo will accommodate up to 8 guests! There is a full kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer for your connivence.

Guest Access:
Guests may only access amenities at the resort they are registered at, and not any other Club Wyndham properties in the Williamsburg area.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Guests can experience Williamsburg's historic area within a mile of their condo. You'll soon be immersed in all that history! If shopping is on your mind there are quaint shops nearby and the Williamsburg Outlet Mall. There are two grocery stores, over one hundred restaurants all within a 5-mile radius. If you are a thrill seeker, we are only 15 minutes from the theme park Busch Gardens!
If outdoor activities is on your agenda, there are plenty of them for you to do. Everything from fishing, boating and water sports within the York and James Rivers. Picturesque Virginia Beach, Yorktown, and Jamestown are also nearby.
