Great location!
My husband, toddler and myself enjoyed our stay in Nice! The apartment was in a great location; close to tram, ocean, and great restaurants. We found it quiet and easy to find. We stayed for ten days here and wished more than two coffee pods were left as the grocery store didn’t have the type of pods required. We also ran out of bathroom hand soap and garbage bags. A better supply of these items would have been nice. Over all our stay was good. Location and our sweet greeting from Laura’s dad was the best.

Great stay
All you need, in the Old Town on the edge of all tbe shops. Bars and restaurants. Close to Femocchio! Our only small moan is the quality of the pillows, we didnt like them

Laura was a great host, doing her best to assist us as our arrival was delayed to 3am owing to storms in Ireland. She was generous in giving partial refund and flexible about arrival time next morning the apartment is Perfectly placed to explore the Old Town of Nice and surrounding areas. The apartment contains all that’s needed for your stay, would return to this property. Thank you again for your kindness and attention to our needs. Dennis.

Excellent apartment that felt like home and just a few steps from all the cafes and sights.
We loved it here. Laura was a lovely host and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment has everything we needed. The bed was comfy. Having a washing machine was the icing on the cake!

A fantastic stay in a great location
We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a superb location - the beach is about a five minute walk away, there are countless restaurants and bars nearby, and a delicious gelato place! The apartment had everything we needed.

Old Town Nice!
This was a brilliant apartment in the centre of old town Nice. Very convenient short walk to the beach, cafés, restaurants and public transport. Apartment is well appointed with amenities that gave us the freedom to explore Nice at our leisure. For a stay in old town Nice, this apartment is recommended. Very friendly host with excellent local recommendations.

Excellent location in Old Town Nice
This adorable one bedroom apartment worked out perfectly for us! My fiancé and I are on a 30 day tour of Europe and we’ve been on the road for two weeks, it was important for us to have a location near old town that had enough space for us to spread out vs. a hotel room, and that was equipped with a washing machine so that we could freshen up all of our laundry. Our host was excellent. She met us at the property for check-in and gave us wonderful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. We absolutely loved our time in Nice and would 100% stay at this property again.

Great location
Convenient for everything, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and transport. Host Laura met us and provided more information and lots was also available in the apartment too. Central but also quiet. Would definitely go back. thanks Laura.

Great & Clean Place Downtown Nice
We can only recommend the place. It is in the middle of the city but quiet. Everything you need is in walking distance. We came by car and you need to put the car into a parking garage which is 25 Euros per night as there is no free parking close by.

Great apartment in Old Town
This was a fantastic little apartment in Old Town, just off the edge of all the craziness but take 2 corners and you are in the heart of it all. Laura was at the apartment waiting for us to arrive (which made up for my poor communication) and showed us where everything was and made some great restaurant recommendations. Neat and tidy apartment that comfortably fitted 3 adults and had all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Nice Old Town.

Fantastic place in the Heart of the Vieulle Ville
Laura is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Even let us store our cases in her cellar while we went to Italy for two weeks. The apt has charm, equipped with everything you might need( we stayed three weeks and I did a lot of cooking) the street is quiet although you are right in the center of everything and ten minutes from the beach. We felt very much at home and are hoping to return. Highly recommended.

Great location. Toilet seat needs to be repaired. We feel that bear essentials should be provided i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no shampoo.

Wonderful quiet location
We stayed at Laura’s place almost a month and it felt like a second home. The apt is homey and nicely decorated with everything you need. It was convenient having a washing machine. The location is super convenient to everything and on a quiet street. If you stay awhile be aware you need to supply your own toilet paper and kitchen essentials like oil and vinegar, paper towels, and dish detergent. Otherwise there was everything provided. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Just lovely
First of all: Laura and her father are just lovely hosts! So nice and welcoming. The check- in was smooth and the Communication with Laura perfect. The appartement is big and cosy at the same time. The charming old building made it even cosier. It really contains all you need and even more. Even if it is situated in the most crowded part of Nice, the street is calm. A perfect stay and we will gladly live here again.

Good location. Large and spacious apt. Nice handy kitchen with everything you need. Good size shower room separate toilet. Bed very comfortable. Unfortunately i had a fall in the apt and broke a bone in my foot. Some small steps from one room to another may be concerning.

The apartment is clean, comfy, with everything you need. The owner and her father were very helpful before and during the checkin. The location in the old town is perfect with everything walking distance. The only negative is night time noise...the neighbour over the road had two late night parties in our 4 night midweek stay, the bin men come during the night and are very noisy, and many motor bikes go up and down the small road. Non of this is the fault of the owner.

Lovely stay!
My friend and I had a fabulous time in Nice, made better by our stay at this apartment! It is located in Old Town, which I would recommend as a great area to stay! The neighbourhood is very lively, with SO much to do at your doorstep, but it is also not too loud at night to get a good rest either! It is very walkable and close to everything, just a few minutes to the beach, train/bus, and to many cute restaurants, bars, and shops. Our communication with the hosts was very clear and timely - our check-in was SO easy and was almost one of our favourite parts about staying here as we got to meet with Gian Franco, the hosts father, and he gave us very thorough instructions and even some local recommendations. He was so wonderful. My friend and I are doing a long trip and were very happy to have a full apartment to ourselves for a few nights with everything we needed, including laundry! I would 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Ordinary apartment in top location
Things to appreciate: - location - all amenities in place inc. a washing machine, no dish washer, - spacious, can host up to 4 persons, - a lot of guides in English - starter tea, coffee, sugar - price relevant to quality Things that could be improved: -apartment is on the 1st flow, a narrow street, so not very bright; use of dark gray paint on the main wall and some other parts like sliding door makes it even more gloomy - level differences from living room to kitchen and bedroom are dangerous; though we have been warned and put extra caution, we tripped a few times, fortunately without injuries - dirty radiators - dusty in many not so 'visible-at-first-sight", places - poor contact with owner: three days prior to arrival no check-in details nor contact provided to property owner; 24h before check-in, still no info; customer services contacted; us on the verge of believing that booking was a scam; 3 phone calls and e-mails to property owner, to no avail; smses sent; no answer; finally at ca 2.30 PM owner picks up the phone to inform that our booking is valid; prior to that, 3h prior to that spent on help line not nice start of holidays - the flat requires thorough clean-up; we were bitten by bed-bugs; no idea if they were there before or came in with previous guests. All in all: booked this property basedo VRBO reviews; I'd prefer to pay a bit more to have comfy conditions and avoid pre-arrival stress. Disc: personal opinion based on Dec 23-Jan 204 stay (5 days).

Bohemian apartment
The apartment is on the first floor in an apartment building in the old part of Nice. There is a flight of steep steps going up to the apartment. The owner arranged for her father to meet me at the apartment and help me get my suitcase up the stairs. He also kindly came to help me get my luggage out when I left - I had injured my knee and had problems with the stairs. I never met the owner, but her father was helpful and available if needed. Being in the old section of Nice, the apartment is old and somewhat worn although it was clean. The bathroom is modern and there is a good washing machine. The kitchen is small but adequate, although the number of appliances running off extension cords is a bit dodgy. If you're planning to go during the summer, be aware that there is a portable air conditioning unit that has a hot air exhaust and you need to leave the french doors open some to expel the hot air outside. It's not ideal. Contrary to a lot of other reviews, I did not find the apartment to be in a particularly quiet area. It is in a narrow lane and there are motorcycles, cars and trucks that go through regularly. The garbage trucks come early to collect the garbage. You can hear the neighbours in apartments across the lane talking. I was there in July with windows open. Finally, take your own toilet paper because this rental only supplies one roll.

Bien mais bruyant
L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas du tramway et de la promenade des anglais. Dommage qu'il soit très mal insonorisé, nous avons été réveillé tous les jours par le camion poubelle à 5h30
