Renovated in 2023 with brand new furnishings added in 2024, this house is a clean, modern beauty. Its proximity to the beach allows for easy dashes home for bathroom breaks, refreshments, and lunch. Situated just a two-block stroll from downtown Margate, you can easily reach a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and even mini golf. The house has 3 full bathrooms plus a private outdoor shower. Over abundant amount of appliances such as: 2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers. The house comes complete with two parking spots, beach chairs, bikes, and a grill. Centrally located 6 miles to Ocean City and 5.4 miles to Atlantic City. A great place to create vacation memories to last a lifetime!

The place was beautiful, incredibly clean, and only a couple blocks away from the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the near future.
