Welcome to this beautiful property. Set in a serene, scenic neighborhood close to the University of Washington, University Village, and the light rail station. This is a perfect retreat to gather and enjoy beautiful spaces, lovely garden patios, a fully equipped chef's kitchen with an espresso machine, a lovely dining room with French doors to an outdoor terrace, a large, elegant living room with a gas fireplace, and a sunroom. Also, a comfortable family room with a fireplace off the kitchen.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, including the daylight basement equipped with a gym, library/TV room, bedroom, and bath.
The house is fully equipped, as this is my lovingly cared-for home that I am eager to share with you. You will have access to all living spaces in the home except for locked areas used to store personal items.

This my much loved home where I have lived for over twenty years. It has been painstakingly restored and loved for all those years. I am excited to share it with you. I enjoy hosting people who want a serene beautiful place to gather. I work as a nurse practitioner so cherish my time away to travel and visit my grown children and I enjoy being able to share my home with you.
Why they chose this property
This is a beautiful, walking neighborhood, home to large trees and many bird species. I enjoy the proximity to University Village and University of Washington. Wonderful central location, easy access to downtown via light rail station.
What makes this property unique
My home is a vintage 1909 original home that has been beautifully restored. A wonderful, peaceful home to gather. I have hosted film shoots, documentary films, live theater and a wide variety of musical events. The neighborhood is quiet and I respect my surrounding neighbors. This would not be an appropriate venue for loud parties.
