About the host

Hosted by Brittany

Host profile image
I'm from Coarsegold, CA, a beautiful mountain town where I’ve built my passion for hospitality. I love being a host because it allows me to create welcoming, comfortable, and memorable experiences for guests. Whether it's ensuring a cozy stay at one of my properties or adding thoughtful touches that make people feel at home, I take pride in delivering quality service.

Beyond hospitality, I enjoy playing chess and constantly working to improve my skills. Chess challenges my strategic thinking and patience, much like hosting, where attention to detail and forward planning make all the difference. Hosting also gives me the opportunity to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and share the beauty of the mountain region I call home.

There’s something truly rewarding about knowing guests leave with great memories, whether they’re on vacation, visiting loved ones, or just needing a peaceful retreat. Being a host allows me to blend my love for organization, customer service, and creativity into something meaningful.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for its breathtaking hilltop views and peaceful atmosphere. Nestled atop gently rolling mountains, this home offers a serene escape from the busyness of everyday life. The fresh mountain air, open skies, and natural beauty create a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere.

From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with panoramic views of the surrounding hills, where the golden hues of sunrise and the soft glow of sunset paint a stunning picture each day. The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, offering a perfect blend of privacy and connection to nature.

What I enjoy most about this area is the peacefulness it provides. Whether it's sipping coffee on the deck while watching the morning mist drift over the hills, taking a walk along the quiet roads, or simply soaking in the star-filled night sky, this place has a way of making you slow down and appreciate the moment.

The neighborhood is also close enough to local attractions, yet far enough to offer a true retreat. It’s an ideal location for those who seek relaxation, adventure, or a little bit of both. This mountain-top home isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience of nature’s beauty and tranquility.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property truly unique is its combination of breathtaking views, central location, and peaceful surroundings. Perched atop rolling hills, it offers stunning panoramic views that stretch across the mountain landscape, providing a serene and picturesque retreat. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee on the deck or watching the sunset paint the sky with vibrant colors, the scenery here is nothing short of spectacular.

Unlike busier tourist areas, this home is nestled in a quiet, less populated neighborhood, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of nature without the crowds. It’s the perfect escape for those looking to relax, recharge, and take in the tranquility of the mountains.

Beyond its peaceful setting, the location is incredibly convenient for adventure seekers. The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore some of California’s most stunning natural attractions. It’s just about an hour from Yosemite National Park, offering access to world-renowned hiking trails, waterfalls, and breathtaking vistas. The southern lakes, including Bass Lake, are just a short drive away, perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. For those wanting to explore even more, the upper lakes are only 30 minutes away, providing additional outdoor recreation opportunities.

This home offers the best of both worlds a secluded mountain retreat with easy access to adventure. Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway or to explore the wonders of the Sierra Nevada, this property stands out as the ideal place to experience it all.
