Good for a single person for a stay of 1 week or less

Overall, the place was ok. Location was fine and being right on the beach was wonderful. The downsides were (a) internet was difficult to connect to due to incomplete/incorrect info provided at check-in, (b) construction going on next door (which was not indicated on the listing), (c) dogs barking all day long in the property on the other side and (d) bathroom light didn't work and I reported it but it didn't get fixed. Still, overall, I'd say it's an ok place for 1 person (not 2 - too small) for a short stay of 1 week or less.

Great water view and beach access.

Place was small but we knew that when renting it. The focus was beachfront and water views. We had panoramic views from inside and especially from the outside deck.

Great view from every window and a great deck with lovely furniture. The bedroom adjoins the main room without door, bathroom is off the bedroom area.

Good, but….

The location is fantastic. Views, beach right there, quiet at night, all of the outside things are great. But, it’s very dated, which is not terrible, but it’s very crowded and there’s really no space to place anything. There’s zero counter space, lots of kitchen cabinets, but the owner has all kinds of stuff in some of them. The layout is just not ideal for the size, but the biggest issue is cleanliness. The floor is dirty and so are the bottoms of my socks. The rain came in the window one night and the paper towels were black after we wiped it up. There’s black mold in the sponge holder, the top of the tall bureau was filthy. The towel bar fell off, the window fans had dust all over the blades, it just was uncomfortably dirty. No need for any of that. It needs a good cleaning and a facelift.

Great little spot

The view and breeze are amazing. It’s a great spot for a couple to get away for a few days. We really enjoyed the deck quite a bit while we were there and having morning coffee overlooking the beach. Very well located and very cozy. The big umbrellas in the closet were a nice touch when we had some unexpected rain. Thank you so much!

Great getaway for a couple.

Bill the owner, the neighbors and the rental firm were all great people. The place is one flight of stairs from the beach and easy walking distance to the rest of PTown. Thanks for an excellent week.
