About this property

two bedroom condo sleeps 4 persons

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one king bed. The master bath as a large step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and hope to return sometime. The condo was basically clean and very well appointed. It could use a good deep cleaning with small repairs needed, (guest bathroom toilet seat, hot & cold water faucet is in reverse order, faucet in kitchen sink leaks at the base and the sprayer doesn't work.We loved the view from the balcony and hope to return during the summer when we can enjoy sitting outside.

Sweet little retreat

Reviewer Comments: Very nice laid back quite and close to everything you could walk anywhere you wanted to go.our only problem and the cleaning fee was waved was the bathrooms were not cleaned. I bought cleaner and cleaned myself. Hair and dirt very disgusting. The outside furniture was nice but the cushions are filthy. The porch was so nice to sit used towels over cushions. Over looking the creek very peaceful. Needs better lighting in bathrooms little dated. Overall we would return.

Hidden gem by SMNP

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

Comfortable, clean, great location

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING…. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

Wonderful cozy condo located at the very end of Gatlinburg……but the view from the balcony makes you feel like you’re in the middle of GSMNP! Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable condo. We’re already making plans to return!

A Little Disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Unit #108 approximately 5 times now. We love the decor and comfort there, and it's always spotless; except for this last visit. Upon arrival, we found crumbs on the kitchen sink/counters, kitchen floor, living room couch. The floor in the larger bathroom was also questionably clean. It appeared someone just did the bare minimum to clean it up. We swept and cleaned what we needed to when we got there. Just as a side note, the kitchen faucet was loose and leaking a little, and there were a couple of times when the disposal side of the sink drained very slowly - maybe a clog.

Fantastic place in Smoky Mountains

If you're looking for a trip to the Smokies and want a place near the fun family-friendly activities and restaurants of Gatlinburg, our family highly recommends these condos. All have views of the creek, and ours was situated in the part of the building with a wooded area across the way -- beautiful and peaceful with a nice private balcony overlooking the creek, yet just a two-minute walk to the hub-bub of Gatlinburg's main strip and a 5-minute drive to the national park, which was incredibly beautiful. The condo itself was very comfortable, spacious, and very attractively decorated with great furniture and beds. Honestly, one of our favorite travel rentals ever.

Peace at the Park!

It's quite, close to many things to do within walking distance, and yes, the Smokies are just a hop, skip and jump away!!! The property is always very clean and they are always very helpful.

Clean & Quiet, Beautiful view

Within walking distance to everything in downtown. Check in was easy. Clean. Beautiful view of the creek behind the building. Would definitely stay here again.
