Laundry and back yard are shared by owner or other guests.

This home is located in the heart of the city, therefore lock doors and be aware of surroundings. Expect city noise. My neighbors are friendly located in a gentrified area.

The second unit is a guest suite only located in the back of the property accessible through the backyard to the back door that is a part of the shared hallway where the laundry room is located. Each unit has their own keyless entry private areas with individual AC units.

Pets are allowed when approved.

Nice location
Nice VRBO and great price. Very close to downtown and not far from the beach. The only negative was that the back of the house was rented out to someone else. There is seperation, but you share the backyard and the backdoor
