Welcome to your dream home in Bradenton Florida! This stunning property in a gated community offers a large deck overlooking a picturesque lake that will take your breath away. The living space is well appointed and furnished for comfort. The location couldn't be better for biking to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island or the nearby Nature Preserves. And the bikes are included!!
Each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The master has a king bed and opens to the lanai .The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a large desk. Both have TVs ,night stands, lamps and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6 comfortably.
Additional highlights include 2 pools, hot tub, gym, pickleball and tennis courts ,kayak launch, a library, and a laundry room for your convenience. Bicycles and beach chairs are here also.
The beautiful deck has two seating areas overlooking the glittering lake.
One car garage and driveway for parking.
Per the Homeowners association at Perico Bay Club there is a one month minimum stay and applicants must apply for background/credit check with fee of $100.
