Family Beach House! Remodeled, Walk to Beach + Yard + Deck & Swim Spa

Enjoy our home while we travel for the summer. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our stylish centrally-located home. Our home is walking or biking distance to the beach. We are located in South Huntington Beach 1 mile to the sand, 2 miles to Huntington Pier, 3 miles to Newport pier and 12 miles to Disneyland. Our home is perfect for family vacations with kids of all ages. It is our full time home and has everything you need for your families next beach + Disney vacation.

Exclusive access to our 2000 sq ft of living space. Sleeps up to 10. Located just off Pacific Coast Highway at border of Huntington Beach/Newport Beach. Near the Beach and Disney.

Our home has 4 bedrooms:
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: King Bed (55" Samsung smart TV)
Bedroom 2: Bunk room, 3 twin size beds
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + crib
Bedroom 4: twin day bed + twin trundle, with a dedicated workspace and mounted computer monitor
+ Common area sleeper sofa (Queen size)

The main living area is an open concept. Featuring a 70"+ Samsung smart TV, ample space to hang out and watch TV, gather around the table, and cook a home cooked meal. The kitchen features luxury appliances such as:
KitchenAid 6 burner gas stove top
KitchenAid double oven
KitchenAid stand mixer
Breville espresso machine
Vitamix blender
+ many other state of the art cooking gadgets and utensils. The main area door opens up with a triple fold door to the beautiful outdoor deck.

The back yard boasts a large sectional couch, gas fire pit and 2 swinging egg chairs on a beautiful deck that overlooks an outdoor play area. A large covered 12 ft. swim spa is located on the deck. Unwind with the family after a beach day or use it to cool down on a hot summer day. There is a stainless steel grill located on the deck as well.

There is a second living room that we have converted to a play room. The room can be closed off with baby gates. There is a 42' Samsung smart TV, ample toys, a reading nook, and a sleeper sofa located in the play room.

There is access to a 2 car garage (1 car can be parked inside). The garage is where the washer and dryer are located. There is also gym equipment in the garage. Bring your spin shoes and log into your Peloton account, use our weights, mats, squat rack or bench.

The front yard is fenced in and fully concrete. Our kids love to ride their bikes and scooters while we sit in our rocking chairs and drink coffee.

This is a pet-friendly home. But we will accommodate up to 2 dogs They must be kept in a pen or outside when left alone. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DOGS IN YOUR INITIAL BOOKING REQUEST.

A digitally signed rental agreement will be required to hold the reservation.

Also please note that the quiet period for this property begins at 10pm. Parties, commercial activities, or other similar use of the property are prohibited.
