Upgraded Timberbrook Studio Close to the Slopes

This beautiful studio has been fully updated from top to bottom and designed with careful attention to detail and modern accents.  It is conveniently located on the first floor right across from the clubhouse and the Apple Annie's general store.
This light and airy single-bedroom, one-bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests.  It features one queen size Murphy bed, a pull out queen size sofa bed, and two custom made twin bunk beds. 

The kitchen is fully upgraded  with a brand new farmhouse sink, upgraded cabinetry, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave, range and combination electric oven and stove as well as stone countertops and a seating area for two.  You will love this kitchen that is fully equipped with all you need for staying in and cooking your own meals.

The brand new bathroom features a large walk-in shower, upgraded lighting and stone countertops along with all the amenities needed to make your stay more comfortable.

The living room features a  comfortable sofa and futon, with a 42" smart TV, and an upgraded gorgeous wood burning fireplace, a ceiling fan and extra blankets.

Covered underground parking with direct building access is available on the side of the building to keep your vehicle out of the snow.

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
