Sunlit Haven is ideal for families seeking a comfortable retreat in Central Florida, this private pool and spa vacation home boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and ample amenities. Located within the gated Windsor Hills Resort, just 3 miles from Disney World, this spacious accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests.

Features include a south-facing private pool for all-day sunlight, a game room, and complimentary use of a Pack n Play. The fully equipped kitchen accommodates dining for 6 at the table, with an additional breakfast area seating 4. Outdoor dining is also available for 4 guests.

On the first floor, you'll find Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and a 43" Roku TV. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a king bed with an attached bathroom and a 43" Roku TV, while Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and a 43" Roku TV. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two twin beds with 24" Smart TVs, and Bedroom 6 offers a king bed with an attached bathroom and a 43" Roku TV.

Please note that pool and spa heating incur an optional daily charge of $40 plus tax. Parking within the resort is limited to 3 cars, with strict enforcement to avoid blocking sidewalks or streets.

Amenities at Windsor Hills Resort include a resort-style pool, water slides, splash pad, playgrounds, fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, and an arcade. Access to the clubhouse facilities is granted via wristbands, with a maximum allocation of 14 wristbands for this 6-bedroom unit. All guests must wear their wristbands at all times while using the amenities, and guests of registered guests must be accompanied by the registered guest. Additionally, please note that the pool will undergo essential maintenance in September 2024, resulting in temporary closure for approximately four weeks. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated as we strive to enhance your experience at Windsor Hills.
