Welcome to 14 Fort Hill Avenue #2 in York Beach, Maine - just a two minute drive to the famous "Nubble Lighthouse" and Short Sands Beach and Long Sands Beach is just within a 5 minute drive. This gorgeous vacation rental is perched with three other similar homes near the bluff, which means great views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The open concept first level includes a half bathroom, dining area, sitting area with gas fireplace and TV, and a gorgeous high-end kitchen with center eat at island. There is a deck off of this level - an amazing place to sit and stare out at the blue sea......
The second level is comprised of the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed, sitting area with gas fireplace and TV, balcony, and en suite bathroom (a soaking tub with ocean views!).
The lower level includes two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds, TV's and closets) and a shared full bathroom. The laundry is also located on this level.
Amenities include central air, parking for two cars (max), and additional outdoor space includes a patio with furniture and gas grill.
Two week minimum stay.
