The Kentucky Oasis features
4 bedrooms + bonus room and 4-1/2 baths. Close to Keeneland Horse Park, Bourbon Trail, University of Kentucky campus, Restaurants, Shopping. Light and bright, this home was completely remodeled in 2023 to offer a modern, comfortable & quiet escape. The 6+ acres boasts a fenced in yard with pool, hot tub, firepit and outdoor games, as well as additional land to wander and explore. Our location provides the feeling of being on a peaceful farm, with a convenient location within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants and many local tourist destinations. The large, open kitchen is a chef's paradise with high end appliances and fully equipped. The adjacent dining room has seating for 10 which makes hosting gatherings a breeze! There are views from every room and you will find yourself in awe at the beautiful morning sunrise from the front, as well as the colorful sunset over the barn in the evenings. We have plenty of parking, to include room for horse trailers and RV's!

We also welcome up to 2, well-behaved and house-trained dogs (under 75 lbs., also for an additional fee). Our fenced in backyard allows them to roam free and enjoy their time as well!

**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS!!**. Our home is in a quiet area and we ask that you adhere to our strict quiet hours (10 pm - 8 am) to respect our neighbors and keep the peace. :)

Our property is a former farm with over 6 acres of green pastures to wander, with several outdoor amenities to keep you as busy or as relaxed as you want to be!
