Situated directly on canal in beautiful Coquina Key! 10 minutes to downtown St Pete with its many restaurants and beautiful pier. 15 minutes to St Pete beaches. Waterside South is a gated community with 2 pools (heated), full gym, tennis, pickleball, volleyball courts. Beautiful clubhouse with bar overlooking ocean. Fully furnished, just bring your toothbrush! **30 day minimum stay
