The space

Newly renovated in 2023! Updates include new quartz countertops in kitchen, white subway tile backsplash and shiplap wall, new light fixtures throughout, new paint, new mattresses in bunk rooms, new tile in master bathrooms and master shower, new decor, new luxurious sectional leather sofa! The entire space, including both large screened-in balconies that each feature their own double hammock, as well as other patio furniture, is yours to enjoy! The kitchen is fully stocked and includes both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. New quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Want to cook a Holiday meal? All the cooking utensils are here! Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Come enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer! We hope you make wonderful memories during your stay.

Parking

Parking passes are required in the Seascape gated community. Two passes will be provided for you and left for you in the unit. Please let us know in advance if you need additional passes, which are available for $20 each. Parking is unassigned.


Guest access

5 community pools. The pool in the Tennis Village is heated and also has a kiddie pool. Multiple community charcoal grills onsite. Newly resurfaced Basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball court, bike rental onsite through La Dolce Vita. Gated community. Golf Course onsite. Fishing allowed on Stewart Lake (see binder in unit for details on permitted areas).

Other things to note

★If it's rainy outside, there are board games, cards and books for you to enjoy as you relax and unwind. Cable TV, firestick and WiFi included. 5 pools on the property, one of which is heated from October to May (Tennis Village). There are basketball courts and tennis courts onsite as well as bicycle rentals from La Dolce Vita. The Whale's Tail beach bar is a short walk away for a drink or a meal. The north side of the property has a coffee shop, Acme Oyster, a Mexican restaurant, ice cream shop, Pub, liquor store, laser tag arcade and more. Nearby restaurants and putt putt as well as Big Kahuna's water park. This is the place!! Bring the whole family or book a couple's getaway. Either way, book now! (Secondary Upstairs bedroom is non-conforming)

★Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,000. Smoking and damage due to pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to smoke and pets excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
