Three bedrooms with full size beds and burros. Linens and comforters included. Full kitchen with stove refrigerator, microwave, washer , drier. Full bath with shower. The living room includes a day bed which adds extra sleeping. Flat screen TV . You enter onto a front porch which is all windows and screens. Table, chairs and futon. There is a driveway to the left. Small back yard with picnic table and grille, plus outdoor furniture. Five minute walk to Hamptons main beach and boardwalk. Note that dureing a full moon the water will flood the street a few inches at high tide. Recommended to move you cars at this time.

Perfect Cottage

Spacious cottage

Very clean and bright cottage. The location was perfect for our family with room for everyone. Loved the front porch for our morning coffee. Everything exceeded our expectations. This was our first stay here but it won't be our last.

Johnson house

Very clean. The temperature for most of my week was very hot and humid but the AC was wonderful. Would have liked to use the porch more but way too hot. Driveway always had puddles caused by the tides and full moon I was told. Small inconvenience only.

Location location location

Centrally located between L and M streets. Loved proximity to local favorites and beach - quick 5 min walk. Ample parking for 3 cars - maybe 4 if compact. Porch is an extra room for hanging out with a futon. Living room had day bed and couple chairs. Bathroom was equipped with washer and dryer. Rear yard space had a picnic table , chairs and grill. 3 bedrooms with full size beds. AC in living room and kitchen which helped to keep main rooms cool. Had issue with refrigerator not cooling. Owner came out that next morning to assist , offering cooler and ice as backup but it wasn’t needed once he fixed issue. Would recommend bringing fans for bedrooms as it gets really warm especially if you want to close the doors. Ceiling fan and window fans weren’t enough to keep you cool that were provided during heat wave that came through during our stay. Linens and towels provided. Dishwasher was a nice plus. Cute decor through out cottage. Great rental and would stay again.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. Nice updates. It was great to not have to worry about packing linens. We loved the location. Quiet but also a short walk to great bars and restaurants. Will definitely return at some point in future.

Love this cottage

This is the second time we have stayed here and each time gets better! We travel from Syracuse NY and will definitely be booking again next year. Many updates this year and it is comfortable and very clean.

This beach cottage was perfect! I loved that it was close to everything walking! The weather was so good and everything was here! It’s a beautiful place to stay. !

Lovely home.

Very clean and comfortable. For a small home it never felt crowded and their was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the location, minutes to beach and the strip. Already looking forward to next year. House was perfect for us!!!

Perfect small beach house

Great location just a 5min walk to beach and marsh on the other side. Tons of restaurants, bars and cafe’s nearby and plenty to do right on the board walk. Kitchen was a good size and we were able to cook meals and enjoy them at the table which was nice. Beach walk was good and not super busy so it was peaceful and the closest area at the beach was awesome,not super crowded and clean. We enjoyed the space and hope to go back again! Definitely recommend this house for a beach vacation and owner was very nice and we had no issues.

very conventient location to the beach

I rented this house for family that came in from Syracuse N.Y. They were very impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the home. The weather could not have been more perfect!! They may want to come back next year.

Had a great stay!

Property was in great condition! Spacious for a three bedroom cottage.Had five people staying and had guests with plenty of room. Only problem was storage space but we made the best of it. Nice front porch. Spent most of our time out there. Very short walk to the beach. Great amount of parking. Great price.Quiet street. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely consider renting again next year.

Needs TLC, Not so family friendly

Honestly if the owner spent any money on the furniture it would be a decent place to stay. The bed I slept in was a memory foam mattress that lost it's memory. Do your self a favor and check all the furniture chairs ect, upon arrival. Document it because I guarantee you won't get your security deposit back.
