About the host
Hosted by April Dunne

I have been owning and managing properties for 30 years now the garden house is absolutely my most favorite ever!! I love Homes that have their own flare and their own personality. This one does absolutely. I love architecture, building, real estate. Always have! I love to design and remodel doing most of the work myself.
Why they chose this property
I was riding a bicycle around after hurricane Harvey and I came to the corner of A 1/2 in fifth Street. I didn't think I was in San Leon anymore. I saw this house with all of its trees and concrete walls made of wine bottles and Christmas lights and I thought wow Where am I? It was so beautiful the windmill across the street and the neighbors that lovingly and diligently keep up their homes and gardens. It was visually overwhelming. I never thought I would be the one to own this little house and share it with others.
