A designer renovated 1920s cottage in Sullivan County Catskills on a windy road near the Delaware River. Come hideaway 2 hours from NYC. A short drive to restaurants and retail in Barryville, Narrowsburg, & Callicoon.

Newly renovated, this eclectic modern cottage sits on a rural road and provides 2 bedrooms, open living, dining and kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and a mudroom with laundry. The larger bedroom features a workspace. The yard has a BBQ grill, fire pit, dining table and hot tub.
