Convenience is key for your stay, so our amenities include:
- Open and spacious living area adorned with tasteful décor, ample seating, a large 75" TV, and an abundance of windows welcoming the delightful Florida sunshine.

- Well-equipped kitchen with a complete set of pots, pans, and dinnerware for preparing delicious meals. Essential supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and paper towels are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

- Bright dining room for meals and games; dining table easily seats 6.

- Cozy sunroom for your morning coffee and evening cocktail.

- Meticulously designed bedrooms feature new mattresses, soft linens, room-darkening curtains, ceiling fans, and full-sized HDTVs (everything purchased new in 2024). Master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds. If needed, we also provide a portable crib for your little one, simplifying your packing process.

- 2 Immaculate bathrooms stocked with towels, hair dryers (with diffusers), soap, body wash, and 2-in-one shampoo/conditioner.

- Washer and dryer available for your beach essentials, complete with a starter pack of laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Navarre Beach Vacation
My husband, young son, and I stayed at Nev’s house for our son’s first trip to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation — kitchen basics, kids’ toys and books, a pack and play, and many beach supplies (chairs, towels, umbrellas, and toys). It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is no more than 10-15 minutes from most things in Navarre, depending on traffic. Nev was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating when we requested an early check-in to hit our son’s nap time. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this rental!
