Just a few blocks away, you'll find Swedish Medical Center, Virginia Mason Hospital and UW Medical Center. And for those craving culinary adventures, indulge in some delightful intricacies within walking distance in the vibrant International District!

3-story family friendly townhouse with keyless entry and 1 off-street parking spot along with free street parking. There is public transportation one block west should you prefer that route. The kitchen and dinning are being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top deck is on the 4th floor of the home. All 3 mattresses are premium hypo-allergenic Memory Foam. Soaps and Lotions are provided at no cost from Public Goods - They’re free of parabens, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives — pure and simple.

We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES <
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible.

>SHOE-FREE ZONE <
As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!

>NO SMOKING POLICY <
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee.

>PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD <
Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued!

>NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS <
We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :)

Our Guests have full access to the entire property.
Other things to note
-Public transportation(bus line) is just one block away.

-We welcome your fur(or four) legged friends! We do charge $100 for the first 2 pets and additional $50 for every pet after. This is to ensure the space is deep cleaned for the next guest stay.

-Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the occasional sound of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city.

-Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time.
