So much is within easy reach, from the sparkling beach half a mile east to the shops, restaurants, bars, and conveniences up and down Coastal Highway.

This multi-level condo sits right on the bayfront, a scenic location which grants it breathtaking water views from all three stories. When you're not strolling to Ocean City's famous stretch of sand, you'll have plentiful deck space for relaxing. Find two open sundecks off the living room and kitchen, as well as a lower-level deck off one of the bedrooms where you can barbecue on the gas grill, marvel at the nightly sunsets, and take in the salty sea air.

After a day spent lounging on the beach, enjoying Northside Park (two miles), or wandering the famous Ocean City Boardwalk (five miles), come home to cool off in blissful central air conditioning. Pile on the soft sectional to watch a movie, get started on dinner using stainless steel appliances in the eat-in kitchen, and use the high-speed WiFi to catch up on email or share a few photos. In the evenings, leave the day's swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer and retire to three comfortable bedrooms - each with its own TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
