The Grand Isle Sunset House

Dog friendly, and a real find for large families, or multiple smaller familes. This lake house is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Lake Champlain. Walk right out the door to the private dock and beach area, which allows for access to all of your favorite water sports and activities! The house comfortably sleeps six upstairs and five on the lower level. Large groups or multiple families will find an additional three spaces to sleep for a total of 14. Tons of space, all the amenities.

A quiet, private neighborhood of seasonal homes, right on the lake.

We ask that primary renter be 24 year old minimum. 2 dog maximum, $25 per pet, per stay. Sorry, no cats.
