Guest Access:
This apartment is 1 of 4 units in the building. Guest have exclusive use of their unit and share an entrance with one other unit. Access to the home is through self check-in though the host is next door if needed on sight. Guests will be sent a unique entry code for the artic entrance and front door prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Close to Seward highway and the midtown shopping district, this neighborhood is perfectly positioned for access to the city year round. Only 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to the trails heading into the mountains. Backing up to the maintained Chester Creek trail system there is easy access to walk, bike or cross country ski around Anchorage.
