We stayed for a week to visit with family. The house was perfect for the four of us. We really liked that the house was within walking distance of downtown. The kids also enjoyed being so close to downtown.
We went with friends to see the Christmas lights. The property was amazing. We could walk downtown, which was fantastic. Didn’t have to worry about parking. The house had everything we needed really loved the back patio and the front seating area
My boys and I had a wonderful stay. We explored just about everything and hit the beach a few times (highly recommend Butler Beach). Everything except for a few stops were easily walkable. Loved it!
The property was as described and within walking distance of downtown. We traveled her for Christmas and the property was perfect for our family of four and even had the sweetest Christmas Tree to put our presents around. The property was clean, provided all the cleaning and shower essentials. There were multiple outdoor covered spaces to enjoy. The owner was very nice in our communications and responded timely. I would recommend this property for a nice visit to St. Augustine and would stay here again, should I find my way to this city again!

This home is owned by a couple from Florida, currently living on the West Coast to be close to grandkids. Between visits, they share their home with new and return guests seeking the Saint Augustine "experience".
Why they chose this property
We chose Lincolnville because of its charm and proximity to Historic Old Town Saint Augustine. We love that it is single story and we can come home, park our car and walk to everything we need.
What makes this property unique
Our home is unique because it represents who we are and how much we love this town. It is an eclectic mix of local history, mid century architecture, art and happy bungalow vibes.
