Peaceful place

Everything about this place was great. There was no hot tub or grill, as advertised. I was a little disappointed about the hot tub but it a nice place to stay

Great rental property - crap comms with host

Property is was what we needed. Clean/tidy. Close to Walmart. Easy walk ( yes we are European- we walk). Listing stated hot tub and bbq but not present. Host needs to up comms. Nothing when we booked/paid. Chased a few times for confirmation. Same a few days before trip when trying to get check in details. May be an idea to have welcome email setup and also a guest info book at the property..

Dirty bedding

We never did stay here. When we arrived and checked the bedding, we found what we believe to be dead fleas / bugs / debris on the sheets. We contacted the host who was unable to check the property until the following afternoon. She claimed it was dirt from laminate flooring, or leaf residue. After much back and forth with VRBO we were denied a refund. We want to support small ventures like this, but a better resolution was expected.
