The space
The Perry Marina Hotel and Resort is one of the most luxurious properties in Key West providing guests with access to many high end amenities. You may decide to spend your entire vacation on site at our resort!

The SS Thomas is a beautifully restored Hans Christian sailboat. You will feel as if you are living in a finely made item of handcrafted furniture. It is very romantic. The yacht has 2 bedrooms each with private entrances and doors. The master bedroom has a full bath with shower, sink and toilet, while the guest berth has a separate half bath with sink and toilet.

The living area is spacious with a dining table that can seat six, comfortable arm chairs, a well stocked work space with office supplies, and lots of art supplies. There are also several musical instruments guitars, ukulele, didgeridoo, percussion. Wifi is available through the marina, but your cell data plan often performs better. There is a beautifully restored cathedral window in the ceiling that lets in abundant natural light. The entire space is cooled by two quiet air conditioners (sleeping areas too) which keeps the S.S. Thomas cool even during the Key west summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils, hot and cold water, 2 basin sink, refrigerator freezer, lots of spices, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
Guest access
Guest will have the entire boat to themselves. Guests also have access to all the amenities of the Perry Hotel and Resort, and also all the amenities of the marina - pools, restaurants, bars, bath houses, laundry, bars, parking, shuttle services, and retail services such as the coffee shop, ice cream and convenience store.
Other things to note
The grounds of the Perry Marina Hotel and Resort are very well maintained and include many walking paths, dog parks, seating and entertainment areas. We are located right next to Bernstein Park that includes a full basketball court, baseball/softball field, soccer field, playground and walking/workout path.
