Fully furnished ready to move in 4 bed 2.5 bath house in Richardson (great central location of Dallas). All utilities are included (internet, gas, heat, electric, water). One bedroom is currently converted into a movie theater, but the house sleeps 8 (two queens, one full/twin bunk bed, and one king). Large 20 foot ceilings in the living room, updated appliances in the kitchen, and gas powered grill + firepit on the patio. Willing to work with you on the lease term, whether month-to-month or a longer agreement. Also willing to work with you on price.
