Airy bright spacious with magnificent sea view

Great apartment from which to explore Nice and the surrounding Riviera. First time in Nice and didn’t realise how busy and noisy the road on the promenade des anglais would be: but that’s the price for the most glorious sea views. Comfortable accommodation and Segolene our host was very helpful

Location! Location!

We spent two weeks at this flat (early April 2024). The location was perfect for us, with nearby cafes, grocery stores, bakeries, and public transportation. Morning coffee on the balcony was a fabulous way to start our day. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a bit of very light cooking. Americans might be reminded that you won't typically find shower soap, wash cloths, or hair products, so plan to bring those along or pick them up in Nice. You might like a pair earplugs, as well. The flat itself is very well insulated and the metal light-blocking shades are very effective. But you are overlooking a busy and fast-moving promenade that carries a lot of traffic am and late afternoon. If we get back to Nice, we would definitely look to stay there again.

Nice in Nice

Great location, great views. Good property for 2 couples with 2BR, 2Bath setup. Lots of amenities within walking distance and tram just a couple blocks away.

superb views great location

This was our third time at this apartment and we love it. We enjoyed breakfast and evening wine on the comfortable terrace with a view of the Promenade and the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and 2 full bathrooms, and a washing machine. With the bus stop a few steps away and the Tram stop a block away it was very easy to get to Vieux Nice or back if we didn't want to walk, and to the Airport - all for 1.50 euro a ride. Grocery stores, patisserie, restaurants all within walking distance. Ségolène is so friendly and accommodating - promptly addressing any questions - and letting us drop off our luggage the day of our arrival before check in time. The perfect apartment for exploring Nice.

Location can’t be beat in Nice!

For this price- I can’t imagine a nicer place. It is exactly what I hoped for. We enjoyed the balcony tremendously. This apartment is right in the middle of everything we could want in Nice. We walked to Old Nice two nights...(about 15 min)- 25 min walk from the train station....the hustle and bustle was fun to witness. We swam in the sea right in front of our apartment. If I go back to Nice- I would stay there again.

Clean and bright apartment in a great location

My family of four stayed for four nights in this delightful apartment. It was clean, comfortable and incredibly cheerful and bright. Our host's manager met us there and provided all the information we needed. The location was outstanding. It was directly across from the beach, on the bus line, near the tram and within 30 minutes of the most amazing small villages as well as Monaco. It was a wonderful stay.

Amazing! Exactly as advertised

Perfect size apartment for our family, which includes 2 teenage boys. Location was great, easy enough to walk anywhere. No surprises. Everything was fabulous. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect apartment in Nice.

The apartment is wonderful. It was perfect for two couples. We were only there a few nights, but could have easily stayed forever! The apartment has everything you could ask for in an apartment plus the VIEW! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with dinner and rose. You can not get tired of the view. The apartment is also close enough you can walk into old Nice or take a bus, but is far away enough to be away to be quiet. The booking was very easy. Ségolène was very helpful and even let us check in a few hours early. Everything was perfect so we didn't need to communicate during our stay. We loved everything about this apartment.

THE VIEW

This is far enough away from the street yet close enough to the strip. The public and private beaches were close by along with a grocery store and many great restaurants. The view is breathtaking. Pictures don't do it justice and no picture I took could capture how gorgeous the view is. During check in, I got distracted by the views... Oh my. Parking is on your own but easily figured out on the weekends. Traffic isn't too bad at this location. Quick in and out of the city. Property owner is quick to respond and readily available our entire stay.

Great location (close to bus and tram stops) (literally across the street from a free public beach…busy street) (only 5 min bus ride to old town…or 20 min walk ) A/C great in master bedroom and living room None in 2nd bedroom When you close the doors/windows it’s very quiet We liked to keep the doors open to hear the sea sounds and to feel the breeze Host is very nice, informative and responsive

I Don't think the images on the website do this place justice. We were very pleasantly surprised of just how spacious this apartment is. The main bedroom and balcony are particularly nice. Been to many apartments in Nice over the years and this is one we would definitely go back to. Segolene was very pleasant and helpful. Be back soon!....
