Guest access
The home is located a short walk down the pathway past the right side of the front house on Ocean Avenue that has a yellow door. Look for the first set of stairs on the left-hand side, and head up to the deck with a blue door marked with the letter A above it.
You will have access to the entire unit, as well as deck, and small back area with outdoor shower (none are shared with the tenants below).
There are smart door locks on the front and back doors, with a code generated for each guest which will be shared with you prior to arrival.
General street parking only, no parking on premises, 4 overnight street parking passes provided.

You will be provided a guest guidebook that contains essential information and resources about the home and surrounding area, including all rules, highlights of the local area, and important emergency contact details. We encourage you to review it before your stay.


Other things to note/ additional rules
- No pets please!
- You are responsible for any missing items or damage to the rental property caused by you or members of your party during your stay.
- Please review the house rules as well as town/beach rules in our guest guidebook.
- Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted. (Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood.)
- Events, parties, or large gatherings are NOT permitted in the home at any time.
- No smoking on premises please.
- Max 8 guests only.
- $150 replacement fee for each lost/stolen beach badge
- There are two apartments located directly below this property. Please be respectful of the tenants.
-Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house and accept the risk of harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. Childrens items available upon request.
For added security, we have installed security cameras pointing at the main entrance, front sidewalk, steps/landing, and back door/stairs. These cameras record motion 24/7 for security purposes only. Please note that there are NO interior cameras, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay.

We prioritize your comfort and safety, which is why we've implemented enhanced cleaning protocols before and after every stay. Additionally, we provide basic cleaning items within the unit for your use during your stay. Your well-being is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.
