Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 2 bath completely renovated Century Home! Two of the five bedrooms are located on the main level. This cozy space is stocked with a fully equip kitchen, a 1st floor bathroom (through first floor bedroom), and an outdoor gathering space.
Our fenced in backyard is perfect for dogs and kids. Come see all the charm of CLE & Lake Erie being we are only 1/2 mile from the lake.

This amazing house is perfect for any kind of traveler. Although the common space and some bedrooms are quaint, the semi open concept allows plenty of space to relax and gather with family and friends. Clean lines and a modern flare you will surely feel right at home.

On the first floor is the Master bedroom area, kitchen, dining, guest bedroom and family room area. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is completely stocked for preparing any meal! Multiple work stations can also be found here for anyone working remote like we do! The 3 bedrooms upstairs (and 2nd full bath) are far away from the main part of the home, so you'll be sure have plenty of privacy!

Our backyard also features a small sitting area with plenty of privacy. It is a small space, but cozy and comfortable! The backyard is made up of river rock. We look forward to hosting you and your guests! Welcome to CLE!

Parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. The entire home except for the living room closet and basement which are locked.
Fenced in backyard with propane grill, patio furniture, and a fire pit. The backyard is made up of river rock- there is not grass in the fenced in portion.

We own in Lakewood because of the beautiful and charming character of these century old homes. While we do our best to update the homes with modern amenities and details, each house does have its unique quirks. Please keep this in mind when deciding to rent our properties, and feel free to reach out during your stay so that we can help to make your visit to this beautiful city as comfortable as possible!

Please keep in mind this home is over 100 years old which means loads of charm along with a few interesting quirks. Three of the bedrooms are extremely tight basically just room for the bed, closet, and room for your luggage (one downstairs and two up). The smaller downstairs bedroom door is a slider which will occasionally come off the track and does not provide perfect privacy. The stairs to the three 2nd floor bedrooms, stairs, and full bath are also quite narrow.

While there is a first floor bathroom, it must be accessed through the master bedroom and includes a step down. The light to the dining room is to the left of the stove in the kitchen.

We do allow dogs in this home with approval. The yard is fenced in but we do not guarantee this will contain every dog as some portion are sturdier than others. The backyard is made up of river rock- there is not grass in the fenced in portion.

While we property does have washer and dryer available, it is located in the century old basement so we ask that you message if you are in need of access to the laundry area.

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice
