Washer/Dryer are in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

One king bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, another queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Fort Mill apartment.

We require a copy of drivers license and a criminal background check to stay on the grounds - we need two business days before your stay to complete these items. If bringing your pet, it must be approved with a copy of their vet records, picture, and $150 non refundable pet fee. There is an extra $50 cleaning fee for pets. Thank you!
