Our casita was finished being built in 2023 and sits back on our 1 3/4 acre property away from the road by itself. At about 800 sq. feet, it is cozy and comfortable with a full kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware and some basic cooking ingredients such as flour, sugar, oil and spices plus an outdoor BBQ grill, all for preparing that perfect meal after a day of adventure. Home is located a short distance from the center of Hurricane where you'll find a full grocery store, post office, library and a decent choice of restaurants. Just a few minute drive or about a 25 min. walk to most businesses in Hurricane. There is a walmart located a few more miles down the road. A great central area for many recreational opportunities like boating, kayaking and off-roading with Sand Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks only 15 minutes away and multiple National Parks easily within a days drive. Zion National Park is about 30 minutes away. Plenty of fantastic mountain biking in all directions like the JEM trail and Gooseberry Mesa.

NOTE: Currently the Casita does not have its own private backyard area. There is a large field behind that can be used however our guests would like. We are hoping to have a private area fenced off with a hot tub, outside eating area and a fire pit towards the end of 2024.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the whole casita and parking area so no need to feel like you're sharing someone else's space. Driveway can easily accommodate approx. 6 single cars or a few larger vehicles with trailers. there is a large field area behind the Casita where we are working to put in an orchard and is available for any use.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
We are currently working on a fence between our property and the neighbors property but for now it is open between properties. It won't hardly affect your privacy but it would be better with the fence for sure. We will also be fencing in a private area off the back of the Casita and installing a hot tub and outside dining area. Wish that was done already but hopefully sooner than later. In the meantime, there is plenty of room in the field behind the Casita and you're more than welcome to use the space however you would like. The neighbors do have a couple of friendly dogs that may bark their "hellos" when you arrive but we don't have a problem with them constantly barking so it shouldn't be a concern.
