About this property

PACIFIC DAWN VILLA!

I was born and raised in the San José area and throughout my school years my family often vacationed I Playas del Coco. I always dreamed of owning a place at my favorite beach town. The opportunity to buy a lot in El Coco popped up around 2004... I jumped at the opportunity. Then on 2006 I decided to build my "Villa". I love being there and I am certain you will too. Inbeded within the local residents, I get to experience the "layback" culture of the people.
I now live in USA and head down to my little piece of paradise every time I get a chance. This little villa is my pride and joy.
