About this property

Shenandoah Twilight - Cozy Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Sunset Views, & More

Shenandoah Twilight is the perfect couple's retreat or ideal setting for small families to sneak away to the serene comforts of the Shenandoah Valley. The cabin features a spacious living room with a 50” TV, an electric fireplace, and comfy seating. The well stocked kitchen caters to your inner chef, and meals can be enjoyed either at the countertop table or outdoors on the patio, which offers spectacular sunset views of the valley. The outdoor hot tub makes "Shenandoah Twilight" the perfect setting for getting away from the city.

Nearby you will find more than a dozen wineries, hiking trails all skill levels, golf courses, and access to Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive. Sky Meadows State Park is just a 15 minute drive away and offers one of the areas only "International Dark Sky" parks for its protection from light pollution and commitment to offering guests and amateur astronomers glimpses into the milky way and beyond.

For guests visiting for gatherings at nearby venues, the cabin is a quick drive to Chistendom College, Blue Mountain Lodge, and Long Branch Farm (plus many more wineries and venues).

Need recommendations for planning your stay? Feel free to reach out and we're happy to help. After booking, we'll also provide a property guide that highlights many of the options above as well as other wineries, hiking trails, restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The guide also provides additional details about the property itself and FAQs to prepare for your travels and get the most out of your stay.

|| Getting to the Cabin || The property is easily accessed year round via paved roads by most 2WD vehicles (as well as any 4WD and AWD options). During particularly heavy wintery weather or snow accumulation, 4WD or AWD is recommended, but this is rare and we are happy to work with guests to ensure they are able to access the property safely or provide a full/partial refund.

|| Pets || We love hosting your furry companions and welcome up to two dogs at the property. Please include them in your reservation and a pet fee will automatically be included in your reservation total. Additional dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional fees to compensate for potential extra wear and tear at the property and additional cleaning regimens that we undertake. Note that emotional support animals are designated as pets and subject to these fees per policy and Virginia short term rental regulations. Service animals are always welcome, but please let us know about them in advance so we can let our cleaning team know.

|| GUEST SAFETY & WELLNESS || We have guest wellness and safety guide all of our decisions. All bedding, including sheets, quilts, and blankets are washed between every reservation and the property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. A motion activated Ring security camera monitors the driveway. No cameras or other recording devices monitor the interior of the property or hot tub. Our cabin also has a Minut sound monitoring device centrally located in the hallway - the device monitors decibel levels but does not collect or record audio. Its settings are triggered to let us know when noise at the level of a party is present.

Bucolic *
Well appointed, rustic yet accessible cabin. A little small for four adults but would be great for a couple or a young family. We would rent again as a couple.

The area continues to invest in offering visitors new experiences and opportunities and we hope you'll stay with us to learn for yourself!

What makes this property unique

"Shenandoah Twilight" and our other nearby properties stand out from others with our hyper focus on making your stay as worry-free as possible. From offering a clean and safe night to sleep to making sure you can focus on what matters during the day, we provide the necessities and more to make that happen. Our properties are always equipped with plenty of supplies - the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, and Keurig cups, but also the often forgotten essentials like coffee creamer, sugar/sweetener, tea, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, food storage containers, Ziploc bags, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, extra cleaning supplies (but hopefully you never use), extra towels, pillows, and much more. If you find yourself missing anything or wishing something was there, we're a quick message away and we'll do our best to fix it.
