3 Bed/2 Bath Home with Oversized Resort-Style Backyard

Open concept Great Room overlooks lush over sized backyard with 20+ palm trees, extended KoolDeck with 4 seating areas, dining area, BBQ and swimming pool with spa and waterfall.

Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and lots of room to spread out and cook gourmet meals. Well equipped with all the bells and whistles, including a 'Margaritaville' slushy drink maker. Kitchen updated in January 2022 with new cabinets plus new seating in dining area. Dining area seats 6 with large windows overlooking lemon tree, flowering vines and jasmine. Office nook with laser printer and monitor - just bring your laptop.

Master bedroom has King bed, and large attached bathroom with separate shower and tub. Second bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom/den has single/twin bed and over sized sofa (larger than twin bed).

Enjoy outdoor living - this backyard feels like a resort! Overhead fans provide a soft breeze and outdoor speakers set the mood for al fresco dining by the pool, with the scent of night-blooming jasmine perfuming the air. High quality outdoor furniture with several separate seating/lounging areas. Feel free to pick fruit when ripe from the lemon, key lime, mandarin/tangerine and limequat trees.

Located on quiet cul-de-sac near shopping, groceries, entertainment complex and baseball fields (Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals) all less than a 5 minute drive away.

A Must Stay…
Anything and everything one could want or need can be found in this home. Inside clean and well stocked. Furniture very comfortable. Made one feel right at home. The backyard was an oasis. The wall and palm trees that enclosed the yard gave total privacy. The pool was clean and well maintained. Put everything together and you have a tropical feeling and setting. Owner was a perfect hostess. Nice to talk to. Very informative. Answered calls, emails or text messages promptly. Looking forward to our next stay next summer. A must stay…

Perfect Family Get Away!
We loved the pool and spent the majority of our time lounging by the pool but also did some day excursions (Grand Canyon, D-backs baseball, Desert Botanical Garden and Medieval Times) Even though the house is located on the NW side of the metro area it was easy to navigate around the Phoenix area. Any looking to have a very relaxing trip with a great pool/location/value look no further!!

Best pool/ hot tub EVER and gorgeous backyard
This home really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is absolutely stocked and perfect for entertaining. We don’t cook much when we travel, but we definitely made drinks and played games. The master bedroom suite is awesome- very roomy and super comfy bed and sheets. The house is good, but the best part of this rental is 100% the backyard!!! The pool with the built In spa and waterfall/ lights/ jets.... it is heaven! You will certainly love having coffee and evening drinks by the pool. I know we did.

AZ getaway
Gail was very easy to work with and very responsive to emails and texts. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. The living room was very comfortable and the rooms/beds were as well. Checkin process was simple. Overall a nice place to stay for the price. The pool and spa were nice, controls were a little hard to figure out, but directions sheets helped, just had to figure out when the cleaning started/ended. The backyard is well-landscaped, though the furniture was a little outdated and rattan coming apart on some of the chairs. Internet was fast and easy to access, especially as we had kids e-learning and adults working online. TV setup without cable is a little clunky. Local channels come thru an antenna, but we had to re-scan the channels a few times when networks would disappear. Normally not a huge deal when on vacation but CBS disappeared the day of the Super Bowl. We ended up using the Roku to watch thru CBS app, but if not tech-savvy, could be an issue. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but near major intersection with shopping, dining, etc, so best of both worlds. A little further from downtown Phoenix or other points of interest for us than we intended on staying, but trip was last-minute and getting to highways was simple.

Fantastic getaway,
This property was just as advertised! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We were looking for something where we could spend time without feeling like we needed to go anywhere and this property fit the bill. The house was fantastic as well! The owner contacted us to make sure everything was great. Would go back for sure!

We had an AMAZING Vacation!
So relaxing - my family cannot thank you enough! Our recent stay at your beautiful property was exactly what we needed. Spacious and updated with every amenity we could have wanted, and room for everyone to spend time together or apart. The home and property were spotless, the pool was heavenly, the kids really loved the waterfall! We quickly learned about the stores and restaurants nearby, thanks to your handy guide and a little bit of exploring. We hosted a perfect family poolside BBQ, and created special memories that will last forever. We are already looking ahead to book again next year! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

comfortable home with private garden
The grove of palms makes a nice frame for the pool and hot tub. It also provides a sense of privacy in addition the the fully fenced in back yard. The house is very spacious and well equiped. There were only two of us but we could have shared it with three of four other people without feeling cramped. Gail is very attentive and responded to all our requests for assistance promptly.

Paradise int the Desert
Stay: 7 Day July 2019, with my husband and two girls 6 and 8. Located in a quiet subdivision, this house is the perfect oasis. Very clean, open floor plan, and the back yard is to die for! Everything you could every need is there; utensils, bedding, towels, brochures, including a Jimmy Buffet Margarita Maker. We indulged in a lot of hiking, boating at Lake Pleasant; however, I can tell you there were a few days we skipped our plans just to hang out in the back yard that sucked you in with the gorgeous pool and lush landscape. Gail was a perfect host, that thought of everything, including a lovely book about the home and area! Cannot recommend this home enough for your Phoenix stay!

Best Family Vacation! Pool is amazing!
This was the best family vacation! It was so relaxing for all, ages 9-77. We visited this home in June. The temperatures ranged from 101-113. We didn’t notice the heat much because we spent most of our time in this amazing saltwater pool and whirlpool! Yes, the pool looks as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures. The waterfall feature is just breathtaking. The pool is clean and well maintained. Pool and whirlpool have heat available but we did not use. There are pool toys available also. The house also looks exactly like pictures. It is gorgeously decorated and very clean. Our compliments to the housekeeping! Great open floor plan with 3 good size bedrooms. There are 2 full baths that were very nice. All the essentials are provided-sheets, bath and pool towels, kitchen utensils, trash bags, indoor and outdoor dishes, soap and detergents. Efficient washer and dryer are in garage. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. It has even inspired us to shop for similar mattresses and furniture for our homes. Everything was very simple such as check in, check out, questions, etc. Pool controls were very straight forward. Great outdoor area by the gorgeous pool with plenty of outdoor furniture including gas grill and dining table. We also used the frozen margarita machine quite a bit and enjoyed our drinks by the pool. There is also an ice cooler on wheels available by pool. My entire family are tough critics but we all agreed that this property is top notch. Even the twenty-somethings had a fun relaxing time! Quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Gail, the owner, is very nice and a pleasure. I highly recommend this property to everyone but I really hope it’s available next time we travel to AZ :)

Relaxing and welcoming
The house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We loved the garden and pool area, the landscaping offered privacy as well as variety of view. It was great to have hummingbirds visit while we were swimming. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, as well as ample plates, glasses, cutlery and anything else you could need. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is so much space. The owners were helpful with questions we had and made some great suggestions on things to do. So glad we found this gem!

Beautiful home and fun for the whole family!
My husband and our three young sons, along with my parents enjoyed everything this vacation home offers! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the home is exactly like description online. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Spacious yet comfortable and cozy! Kitchen provides utensils, dinnerware, glasses, etc. so all we had to bring was the food! The sound system plays music outside and inside, which was great! Coming from Minnesota winter, it was wonderful to swim in the heated pool (with pool toys for the kids!) while enjoying the waterfall, or relax in the hot tub under the beautiful palm trees. Having the grill (which worked great!) to cook supper outside in the evening was fantastic as well as how charming the backyard was at night with the solar decorative lanterns and pool lights! The kids loved it! Close to Surprise Stadium, we enjoyed watching spring training baseball! There is a nice park with a big playground nearby within close walking distance. Gail was amazing and quick to communicate. Lots to enjoy about this home...we wanted to freeze time and never go home! :-) Thank you Gail!

Your own private resort
This home is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Best of all, the back yard is private and designed to be an oasis of tranquility. A large heated pool and whirlpool spa are surrounded by palms and art pieces. There is also a wide variety of outdoor furniture and gas grill so you can maximize your time outside in the sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet, the mattresses are excellent, and the owner is very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it's a solid 10!

Beautiful backyard
Really enjoyed our stay. Backyard is like an oasis with tropical vegetation, palm trees, and fruit (lime, orange,lemon, and limequat) trees. Beautiful pool with large waterfall and large hot tub with spa capabitiy. House has open concept. Walking distance to groceries, movie theatre and other stores. Gail was fantastic to deal with. Always prompt with responses and seemed like a genuinely nice person.

Amazing home with all the bells and whistles!

Awesome Vacation Rental!
We absolutely loved our stay in Surprise. It was our first visit to the area and it was a perfect week. The house is gorgeous - looks just like the pictures. It's a lovely, spacious, open floor plan, and the decor is fabulous. There was more than enough space for m family of four. The pool and spa were wonderful, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt at home and will make this our vacation rental each time we visit.

Amazing Property-you won't be sorry you rented
This property is amazing and it looks exactly like the beautiful pictures online. Very spacious and beautiful view of the pool from the master bedroom and living areas of the home. The pool was the hit of the week and everything was in perfect working order....especially the margarita machine. We spent a few extra dollars over a hotel rental, and we are sure glad we did. If we are ever in the area, we won't hesitate to rent again!

Relaxing, and Welcoming feeling
The home has a very relaxing, and welcoming feel to it. The home description matched perfecting as the listing portrayed. We loved the open concept floor plan. We were in AZ for a week long baseball tournament during the hot month of June and after a long hot day(s) at the ball field...walking into the beautiful home was a treat!! The outside was well maintained and beautiful. The home was fully stocked even pool towels were provided. The home owners did a great job investing their money into their home and it showed beautifully. We truly enjoyed our stay at the home and would return again.

Sunshine in Arizona
Upon arriving we were pleasantly happy to find the house just like the picture and description on the website. It was like a restort, but more home away from home. Having a home like this all to ourselves was very private with the lovey palm trees and pool with water falls. Just being able to walk in and relax really made the stay perfect. No check in or carrying bags through the lobby was another comfort, with so much room to spread out everyone had their own space to relax or grab some rays by the pool. We will most likely return next year to sunny Arizona, and this house, can't wait to go back again!

We were very happy
We were very happy with our stay, it was a great break from the real world! Wife and I stayed for a week last month and we found it a great place for our family, kids and grandkids thought the waterfall in the backyard was the best thing ever. I think they would have lived in the pool 24/7 if we let them, up we managed to lure them out with a few good BBQ's. Don't miss the big deck box full of various floaties, just around the corner from the BBQ. The inside was a perfect setup for our family, with everyone able to interact in the big open great room. Nice views overlooking the backyard with lots of greenery, tropical plants and palms. Plant life is so different from Michigan, and not what we were expecting from a desert setting. We liked the surround sound setup, it was nice to have music outside. My wife reported that the kitchen had everything you would need to make a gourmet meal, and even a few surprises - waffle maker, ice cream maker machine. The house was clean, and beds comfy, with lots of pool towels. Nicely decorated, overall way better than a hotel stay! Lots to do nearby, shopping and restaurants plentiful, but we spent most of our time enjoying the house, pool, spa and that waterfall!

We love Surprise - it is a beautiful, safe, clean, new community in the greater 'Valley of the Sun', with lots of amenities nearby and within an easy drive of Scottsdale and all that Phoenix has to offer. We were sold on this house as soon as we saw the gorgeous backyard, as well as the spacious open-concept layout inside.
