2BR/2Bth condo, Gated Community, very private, park outside building, Beach is only 100 yards from front gates. 4-pools 1-heated, hot tub, putt-putt, great location and beach Quiet West end of the beach, 1-mile past Pier Park. Come grill your steaks on the patio and make memories with you family. FYI-The HOA charges $25/vehicle and $20/pp for arm bands...not my rules.
