This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is ideal for the family that wants to get away. This pet-friendly home gladly accepts dogs, so you don’t have to leave them behind.

The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect area to make those family dinners and is close enough, so you won't miss the laughter of the family.

This 1232 sq. ft 3 bedrooms, 2 bath easily sleeps 8. The home has one master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a walk-in shower in the master bath. Bedroom #1 is a queen-sized bed with a small TV and Bedroom #2 has two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Bedrooms #1 and #2 share the first bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. The bunk room is perfect for the kids.


Enjoy a movie in front of the gas fireplace during those cold winter nights or challenge a family member to a game of Guitar Hero.

Enjoy a wonderful gas BBQ while sitting outside on the patio furniture. The hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring Sunriver

Good enough
The kitchen is well stocked, lots of games, nice neighborhood. I asked if early check in was available as the place was not booked the night before and the owner offered two early check-in options…..each with a different charge! I’ve never experienced that before. The door code wasn’t active until exactly 4pm and the check out time is 10am. I wouldn’t rent here again because of those policies.

Family & friend’s weekend
We had an amazing stay here with our family and our friend and his 2 kids. The house was a great home base where we could lounge in the living room and play games at the table. We loved the location and it was a great bonus that we could also have our 2 dogs with us. The neighbors across the way were so sweet and very welcoming - this was one of of favorite Sunriver staycations yet! PS. So convenient and easy that the house comes with 8 SHARC passes - made going there super easy and saved us a ton of money!
