The upstairs is in the gally style with terracotta tile flooring, two bedrooms with queen beds, a sleeper sofa in the living room, fully functional kitchen and 2nd story deck with an amazing view of the gulf coast. The downstairs guest suite features a completely separate entrance and has its own kitchen, living room queen bedroom and bathroom and deck for added privacy. The outside space has a seating area, hammock, fire pit, grill and is the perfect getaway retreat for bigger families and friends. Walking distance to beach, dining, shopping and adventure! Pet friendly!

The owner is an army vet who served in the 82nd Airborne. He was raised in Baltimore, MD and settled in North Florida decades ago. He's a sweetheart and a true humanitarian.

This house is so close to great beaches, and it's close to the best attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer, including the best dining, shopping, nightlife and entertainment, yet it's in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's the perfect location for a great vacation!

What makes this property unique

The private guest suite on lower level with private entrance and deck space makes this property great for guests who are vacationing with friends and extended family. The house has two kitchens, two living rooms and two patios...two living spaces in the same house! The upper level deck provides some amazing sunset views. The house is just a few minutes walk to public beaches. While you're visiting, we highly recommend dining at Schooners and venturing out into St. Andrews State Park where the water is crystal clear and offers some of the best snorkeling in Florida!!!
