Our cozy studio apartment is nestled within a 100-year-old building that is undergoing a full makeover!
You'll find everything you need here, from crisp cotton bed linens to a stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and even that all-important Kerri coffee machine.

Body soap? Yes!
In-unit washer and dryer? Yes!
High-speed fiber optic WiFi (100Mbps) Yes!
And yes, we've got all the essentials covered too, from towels to toilet paper.
Plus, there's free parking on premises and on the street.
With a washer and dryer included, central heating to keep you snug, and a 50 inch HD smart TV for when you're chilling out, your stay promises to be nothing short of amazing.

Original features like lobby tiles have been preserved, but as remodeling is still in progress, some elements both inside and outside may not appear completely finished.

Additionally, as cannabis use is legal in Michigan, guests may encounter the scent from neighboring apartments beyond our control.
And finally, as much as we want you to enjoy your stay with us, we simply ask that you please be respectful of the property and other tenants in the building.
