It’s also a great place to relax and have a beverage, maybe throw a fishing line in and see what you catch. Want to relax by the pool ? It has a heated enclosed pool for year round enjoyment, accessed from either the main living room or from the master suit. The outside lanai has additional seating and a dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals in a tropical setting (there is something special about eating dinner on the lanai while your friends and family are up north in the winter!). Want to cook on the grill? The gas grill is easily accessible from the lanai. Beach time? The home is a quick 20-30 minute drive to the beaches of Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Beach, just remember during peak season to leave a little early for traffic. Water activities? There’s ample room to dock a rental pontoon type boat. Are you a pet owner that loves to travel with pets? We have you covered in our flexible pet policy, being dog owners we understand. The area has quiet streets that are great for morning and evening dog walks. You will meet all kinds of dog people.
