"Bella Vista" is situated on the 6th tee and fairway of the Palm Desert Country Club.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a bright, open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The expansive backyard offers ample seating, a propane BBQ, and a private pebble-tec pool with a spa. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, "Bella Vista" boasts oversized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a beautifully designed, fully stocked kitchen with a floating island, custom cabinets, and a bar area.

The living room has a 60-inch TV. Each bedroom also has its own TV with Roku streaming. For working travelers, the property offers high-speed 500 Mbps wireless internet.

The Clubhouse is within walking distance and offers some of the best green fees in the valley. You’ll also find friendly locals who can provide helpful suggestions on nearby attractions.

Bella Vista is surrounded by championship golf courses and is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home to the BNP Paribas Open in March. Heartwarming mainland family visit

Where do you vacation when you live on Kauai? The middle of the desert for the month of June. We have a home in LQ cove which I have my daughter and family living in so getting a vacation rental was a better idea than the Indian Wells Hotel due to the cost effectiveness and privacy provided. Now that the pandemic is manageable we plan on visiting every six months. Taught my granddaughter to swim in the cute little pool. She went from fearfully clutching at me on the steps to cheerfully racing me across the length of the pool to her father’s delight in one month. There were a few flies in the back yard due to the neighbors Pitbull feces along the fence ( which he routinely cleaned up) therefore we were unable to eat outside and we saw quite a few in the pool but we stayed on top of it and eating inside was just fine. A plug in Zevo on the back patio should take care of the issue. I fell on the tile hallway and injured my right foot which required my purchasing a shower chair because there are no grab bars in the shower. I only have carpeting at home and walked down the hall quickly while very fatigued. Totally my fault. I am also accustomed to my security system and wish we had access to the security system due to being in an unfamiliar area. Also just my own issue. Excellent customer service skills. I am coming back to the desert in December but will stay in the La Quinta cove in order to be closer to my family not because I did not enjoy this home. Thank you

Made my heart melt! Very accommodating!

Right now my family has no home, so I put what I have toward vacay rentals for as long as I can. But it's been awhile since I found some one so sweet and kind hearted as this rental! I lost track of days and accidentally stayed a day over, but instead of coming by and kicking me out or even getting upset, she said "check out tomorrow don't rush out tonight" although i so deeply appreciated the extra night, it was how genuine and kind she was so quick to be, when these days, it's the complete opposite thank you thank you thank you!!

Winter Covid getaway

Previous reviewers discussed the traffic noise and it is bad. We couldn’t have the front door open and at times kept us awake at night. Felt like we were on an airport runway. Owners need to replace the bedroom carpet as it was quite stained when we got there. Replace or clean and restretch it as it is not flat.

Palm Desert Retreat

The house in Palm Desert is well appointed and in a good neighborhood. The back patio area is quiet and there are no houses behind it - just a golf course. Unfortunately, the house is on a VERY busy street with lots of traffic noise. However, we like the house and have stayed there twice.

Perfect get-a-way

My wife and two children came out for the week over spring break at the end of March 2019. The weather was perfect the home was super clean the pool and hot tub were awesome! We love golfing at the area golf courses and had a blast doing some day trips to the Joshua trees forest San Diego and LA! Will definitely back next year! The owner AdiI was absolutely awesome she came over to help us with the hot tub pool heater! 5 stars

The beds/bedding were so very comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Too bad the weather wasn’t warmer...we didn’t use the pool or BBQ grill. Loved the dog park so close by!

We loved staying at Bella Vista! Adi was great and we appreciated how soon she responded when we had a question. She came out right away when we were having trouble heating up the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the location's great too! Our family and our dog had a wonderful relaxing Christmas vacation at Adi's place :)

Perfect Vacation

This property has everything you could need for a relaxing get away. The pool was perfect. The house had huge bedrooms with very comfy king sized beds in each. Adi was very accommodating. Thanks Bella Vista for a perfect 2 weeks away in Palm Desert. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Place

We stayed for 4 nights; the house is very well equipped. Very clean, nice, and comfortable. We were mostly at the poolside; equipped with all the pool stuff ...floaters, tubes, and so forth. Looking forward for our next trip to indulge again :-)

Great stay & location for Indian Wells tennis. Fun to watch the golfers tee off while sipping coffee on the patio. The fresh limes from the tree were fantastic. Adi showed up within 5 minutes to help sort out the pool/hot tub controls.

Amazing house and location!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property!! It was clean and very well taken care of. This little house had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool and hot tub were very clean.... the pool maintenance guy came twice during our stay to take care of it. The location was perfect for our family. A 5 minute walk to an awesome park for our kids to play at... And a 2 minute drive to the grocery store and strip mall that had everything we needed. Adi was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and made everything run so smoothly! We will definitely be back!!

A perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The house is nicely updated, very clean and fully stocked. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the pool. The back yard is perfect for sun bathing, barbecuing and entertaining guests. The house was equipped with large screen TVs with premium cable package, plenty of pool towels and all other supplies. The weather was fabulous for outdoor activities. A perfect getaway. We will definitely come back.

Exactly as advertised.

My family had a fantastic time at the property. We were looking for a quiet weekend with plenty of relaxation and pool time and we were not disappointed. The pool was terrific and the house was the same. Everything had been updated and was in perfect working order. The living room couch was very comfy for sitting and watching the large flat screen TV. The kitchen worked perfectly for us to feed the family and the BBQ was also sparkling clean for our use. The neighbors and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was great!

Adi was wonderful to deal with. Had some issues with the pool, which were resolved right away. Nice neighborhood, quiet and clean. Lots of things to do nearby. How can you not have a good time in Palm Desert?

Nice little home

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and clean and well equipped. It has an open area living, dining and kitchen. The pool and spa were nice as well. The bathrooms were small but adequate. We may not choose the again next year but only because there is some street noise at night in the master bedroom.
