This charming three-story home is located in the heart of Marietta and minutes from The Battery, home of the Atlanta Braves Stadium. This home has all the bells and whistles you will need to have a fun and relaxing time in a safe family neighborhood.
The space

The home opens up to high vaulted ceilings and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully renovated 2024 bright with features. The Master bedroom and bathroom are also renovated with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower. The backyard is spacious with a private fence.

Absolutely no parties or events. All guests will be required to sign a waiver and make a refundable deposit. This deposit is paid directly to a property management company outside of VRBO payment.

Guess has access to the entire main and second level home. Renovations are still being made to the basement while unoccupied and will not be available during guests' stay.
