Renter beware
When we arrived, the code provided did not open the door. We had to use the spare key, stored in an obvious place, which obviously made me worry a bit for our belongings while we were there. There were crumbled corn flakes on the rug in the living room, and dust on the floors.The kitchen and bathrooms are really nice and modern. The coffee provided was a stale half-used bag of Starbucks, and the tea was a couple bags of herbal tea that nobody else used from the variety box. The master bath is really nice and modern, although the shower drain was nearly clogged, so we had to keep the showers short.There was an accident and a spill on the sheets. They might have been salvageable if there were really a washing machine in the residence as the listing claimed. Nonetheless, this was MY fault, and I was happy to pay to replace the sheet set for 257. I was a little less happy to pay him 193 for labor to drive to Target to get them, but that did put the charges nicely up to the 450 limit that he’s allowed to automatically charge us.
