Clear Creek County Permit #014616
As you step inside, you’ll find a spacious living and dining room area with a mid-century modern feel. The living/dining room shares a gorgeous brick fireplace with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for prepping meals and gathering with friends and family.
Off of the kitchen, is the first bathroom, which has a claw foot bath/shower. There is a closet with washer and dryer available for guest's use just outside the bathroom.
On the other side of the kitchen, you will take a few steps down into the great room which features a wood burning fireplace, cozy seating, and a wall of windows that will take your breath away.
The stairs leading down from the great room will take you to a bedroom with a queen bed and walkout patio to the creek and forest beyond.
Making your way up the stairs from the great room, you will find the master suite featuring a sitting room with a desk/work space, pellet stove, large closet, and private balcony. The staircase in the master takes you up to the loft where you will find the king bed.
The adjoining bathroom features a double headed shower. Just down the hallway, is another bedroom with a queen bed.
The home also has multiple patios- off the master suite, downstairs bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The garage can be accessed by the side door and features a game room with ping pong table & treadmill. (pool table coming soon!)
Sitting on almost 2 acres of forest, the home has a very private feel. The deck off the great room overlooks the creek that runs alongside the back of the home and sets the mood for a very peaceful retreat.
Other things to note
You must have 4WD and proper snow traction to travel to this property during the snow season from October to May. Please do not book this property if you are not prepared to equip your vehicle for winter uphill driving conditions. Stranded vehicles are dangerous and extremely difficult to deal with in winter on the mountain. During the summer months, this property is up a long and windy dirt road and 4WD/AWD is still recommended.
