We were certain we were going to screw this up. Thinks was our first time to the beach in a condo. We could not have been more wrong. Great condo great beach great location.
We had a great time - unit is in a great location steps from the sand, and walkable to many attractions. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony with gorgeous views. Heated pool! Check-in/out was easy. Beds comfy and hot soft water for showers. Only issues we had were washer and dryer extremely noisy, so run while you aren’t there; floor under coffee table had remnants of previous guests; showers could have been cleaner. Balcony does get sand on edges, so a mat to wipe feet when you enter off balcony would be nice. Overall, great stay, will definitely consider this unit again for future trips.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Interior was beautiful and completely updated. Nice unit!
The balcony windows and doors were very dirty with little hand prints all over them and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks but that's a maid issue nothing with the unit. All was great but the parking. The boarkwalk only has parking for about 1/3 of its guests so be aware! If you don't mind parking across the street over and over and walking you will be fine.
Room was nice only thing is water pressure. Two people can’t shower at the same time, so took a while for all four of us to get ready. Elevator was broken so had to wait a good while to be able to get on. Parking sucks! Had to park across the street two nights. But had a very relaxing trip.
This particular condo was best view for the ocean and cleanliness.

It was a cute ocean condo
It was a cute little beach condo. It could have been cleaned a little better, the floor was a little dirty and dusty probably due to the sand from the beach but besides that it was clean. We had a great time here, and the view was amazing from the balcony. The check in and check out process was super easy as well!!

Enjoyable
Condo was great, we loved breakfast on the balcony every morning! Everything was up to date and not run down. Washer and dryer in the condo were perfect, absolutely must when being on a beach. Beds are comfy but do bring pillows, they are flat.
We will probably try to stay on a higher floor next time, you do hear all the late night antics at the pool when trying to sleep. The only thing the condo really needs is a fresh coat of paint, they are scuffed and dirty. The ceiling needs attention, it is turning black where the A/C vents are. The door going out to the balcony needs a new strike plate with screws, it tends to get stuck. Front door is hard to open and close.
Overall it was a nice spot for our first time going to Gulf Shores, we were pretty clueless on where to stay. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. No sidewalks so be careful when doing so. We typically got to park in the condo parking lot, but at times had to park across the street.

Updated, great view, nice condo!
Our vacation started out rough due to a terrible cleaning lady who did not do her job, so we were unable to get into the condo until almost 9pm! After that, we had a great experience! We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great Condo on the Beach!
This condo provided our family with everything we needed for a week's vacation. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the teens shared the 2nd bedroom/bath (one slept on hide-a-bed from couch each night) while my wife and I were in the master bed/bath.
Convenience: 4th floor, overlooking the gulf/outdoor pool, minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Having the kitchen made quick breakfasts/lunches simple . . . the cupboards had plenty of plates/glasses/cutlery and with a dishwasher cleanup was easy. We used the washer/dryer a few times for laundry which was great too.
The condo is decorated exactly like the pics, the tv's worked well, however the door to the patio from the living room doesn't shut tightly enough to seal well and you get "ocean noise" as a result. The bathrooms were small, there is very little room to hold your toiletries, but everything worked properly.
Parking: you get 2 parking passes, which we assumed meant there were plenty of spots to choose from, however the lot is small and if you go out past 10pm you'll be lucky to find a spot to park. There are rolling carts near the elevator that were helpful to haul our stuff to/from the room.
Adventure: We went to the Track for go-carts and it was pretty good, but our favorite spot was the Alabama Gulf Coast zoo! It's a small zoo, but it was enjoyable and not overpriced. You can pay a bit extra to have "close encounters" with kanagaroos, sloths, or lemurs. We also took a ride on the Wild Hearts catamaran in Orange Beach, that was another great time!
If you're willing to drive to Pensacola, the Naval Air Museum is awesome and if you go on the right day the Blue Angels practice (that's why we went).
I would recommend this condo, if you have more than 4 staying it might get a little cramped, we'd definitely not hesitate to go back, hope you enjoy it too!
